Terms and Conditions

Take a moment to review our terms and conditions before ordering your customized crew:

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Deposit: A 30% deposit is due upon scheduling. (Refundable up to the day of service.)
Regardless of completion time, the amount of hours reserved are owed once service has commenced.
Unscheduled hours: If your move goes over the allotted time, the hourly rate per helper will increase by $10/hr. You will be billed for the full hour once your crew is 20mins into each additional hour.
After the first hour of additional time, your crew's ability to continue will be at our discretion.
Claims and damages: Customer will have 72hrs from completion of service to submit claims of any damage you believe your helpers may have caused. (There is no timeframe for theft claims.)

Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Your 30% deposit is refundable up to the day of service.
Claims and damages: Customer will have 72hrs from completion of service to submit claims of any damage you believe your helpers may have caused. (There is no timeframe for theft claims.)
Reserved services are non-refundable once service is commenced.
There will be no refund if your move is completed in less time than reserved.

Claims:

Process for claims (Submit online forum notifying of damage within 72hrs of service.)
Process of refund (Once confirmed, a liability claim will be filed with our insurance carrier. Compensation will be disbursed directly from the insurance company unless a cash settlement with a notarized release is secured.)
Cash Settlement: Smaller damage claims can be handled directly if desired. If we're able to reach an agreement, we offer the option of cash settlement.(Signed and notarized release form required before settlements can be issued.)
Theft: We will cooperate and assist to the furthest extent with suspected theft. If theft is confirmed, you will be fully refunded and we will provide any information needed to press charges.
